Order Placement:

Prior to making a purchase, kindly verify the dimensions of the entrance/door to your home, office, shop, building, or premise to ensure seamless product delivery. Failure to do so may result in an inability to accept returns or cancellations. Some items require self-assembly, and relevant assembly information is available on the item details page. While assembly kits are provided, arranging a carpenter for assembly may be necessary. Carpentry visits, where provided by Minimal, will be scheduled post item delivery.

Delivery:

Upon delivery, for items expected to stand, ensure stability and straight positioning. Acceptable industry standards allow for slight unevenness up to 5mm due to surface and floor level differences. Balancing bushes may need to be attached, and any issues should be reported to our Customer Support team. For dust or lack of shine, rubbing the surface with a cloth is an accepted cleaning method for furniture items.

Damages:

We strive for zero-damage delivery, but please contact us immediately if:

  • Your item has scratches or breakage during transit, requiring fixing.
  • Any missing instruction manual, screws, nuts, etc., needs to be reported promptly to Customer Support.
  • The item arrives damaged, and all damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt.
  • Your request for repair or refund will be processed upon receiving photographs to assess the damage. Retain packing materials unless instructed otherwise, and refunds will be processed after product collection, allowing up to 3 days for reverse pick-up and refund processing.

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, no cancellations will be accepted. In exceptional cases where Minimal cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
