Beyond Box is Hiring: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the lead generation and project database.
  • Build the sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the CEO/MD.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the CEO/MD diligently and report back on progress.
  • Build strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Exhibit excellent listening and reporting skills.
  • Drive monthly/quarterly sales objectives and provide sales forecasts.
  • Manage and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Leverage technology solutions to automate repetitive tasks and minimize manual intervention.
  • Evaluate and Manage vendors and service providers
  • Build strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Drive monthly/quarterly sales objectives and provide sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and business development.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Photoshop skills are a significant advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Salary: 20k-30k BDT (Dependent on Experience) Freshers can also apply.

Job Location: Shekhertek, Mohammadpur, Dhaka

Office Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM Weekend: Friday (Might change if any project duty occurs)
